Honors and Awards

Precision Health Investigators’ Award
(PI: T.K. and K.S.
With this awards program, Michigan Precision Health aspires to generate meaningful, groundbreaking, multidisciplinary research projects that advance the field of precision health through the use and/or enrichment of U-M Precision Health data and tools/methods/techniques.
2020- 2022
Michigan Integrated Center for Health Analytics & Medical Prediction (MiCHAMP) Scholarship
The primary goal of this multidisciplinary research collaborative is to harness existing national, regional, and local healthcare data sets to develop medical prediction models that address complex clinical problems. Through rich interactions with data science methodologists, informaticians, and clinical researchers, investigative teams aim to transform patient care to improve quality and decrease healthcare costs.
Institute for Healthcare Policy and Innovation (IHPI) Fellowship
This competitive fellowship and internship program is open to master-level, doctoral-level, and medical students interested in studying the performance, quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of health care services and health systems.
Rackham Merit Fellowship
The Rackham Merit Fellowship (RMF) Program helps sustain the academic excellence and inclusiveness of the Michigan graduate community, one that embraces students with diverse experiences and goals, and who come from many educational, cultural, geographic, and familial backgrounds.
